We are inside the former Human Services regional building next to the DUI school in downtown Valdosta. Due to renovations, the main entrance is locked. When you arrive, please call or text 850-253-7620 and a team member will come let you inside. Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Walk-ins are welcome during posted office hours; appointments are recommended. Same-day appointments may be available when scheduling permits.

DRUG-TEST PANEL GUIDE
5-Panel Urine / Hair: Marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates/opioids, and PCP.
10-Panel Urine / Hair: The 5-panel screen plus benzodiazepines, barbiturates, methadone, oxycodone, and MDMA/ecstasy.
12-Panel Rapid Urine: Amphetamines, barbiturates, buprenorphine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, MDMA/ecstasy, methamphetamine, methadone, opiates, oxycodone, PCP, and marijuana (THC).
DOT Urine Drug Test: Federally required testing for marijuana (THC), cocaine, amphetamines (including amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, and MDA), opioids (including codeine, morphine, heroin, hydrocodone, hydromorphone, oxycodone, and oxymorphone), and PCP.
Important: Panel contents can vary based on the laboratory, employer, court, school, or program order. We will confirm the required panel before collection.
