Explore our frequently asked questions below or contact us if you need additional assistance.
What services does Elite BioVerify Solutions offer?
We provide in-office and mobile DOT and non-DOT drug testing, including urine, oral-fluid, hair, and nail collections; legal and informational DNA testing; DDC Peekaboo™ early gender DNA testing; FD-258 ink fingerprinting; background checks; MVR reports; I-9 verification; mobile notary services; mobile phlebotomy; and employer/C/TPA compliance support. Services are available for individuals, employers, attorneys, agencies, and other approved clients. We do not provide STD/STI testing or general medical evaluations.
Do you really come to my location?
Yes. We offer in-office service in Valdosta and mobile appointments at approved homes, workplaces, job sites, healthcare facilities, attorneys’ offices, schools, and other locations throughout South Georgia and surrounding North Florida. Nationwide coordination may be available for certain services. Mobile appointments require advance scheduling and are subject to availability, location, and applicable fees.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Select Book Testing on our website to choose a service and available time. You may also call or text 850-253-7620 or email info@elitebioverifysolutions.net for assistance. Walk-ins may be accepted during posted office hours when capacity permits, but appointments are recommended. An appointment is not reserved until any required deposit has been paid.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any paperwork, authorization, donor pass, or order provided by your employer, attorney, court, or requesting agency. For a minor, the accompanying adult may need proof of guardianship or authorization, depending on the test. Any required balance must be paid before collection begins.
What's the difference between Legal and Non-Legal DNA testing?
Legal DNA testing uses identity verification, witnessed collection, documented chain-of-custody procedures, and laboratory processing designed for official use. It may be appropriate for court, child support, custody, probate, Social Security, immigration, or other agency matters, subject to the requesting authority’s requirements. Informational DNA testing is for personal knowledge or peace of mind and generally cannot be used for court or other official purposes.
Is there a mobile service fee?
Yes. We offer both in-office and mobile service. A $45 mobile dispatch fee applies to most mobile appointments and covers the convenience of bringing the service to an approved location. After-hours, weekend, or holiday appointments may include an additional $55 fee. When multiple services are completed during one appointment at the same location, only one mobile dispatch fee is typically charged.
Do you offer STD/STI testing?
No. Elite BioVerify Solutions does not offer STD or STI testing, general medical evaluations, medical treatment, diagnosis, or counseling. We provide testing, collection, verification, screening, and compliance services within our listed service scope.
What does "Available 24/7 by Appointment" mean?
“Available 24/7 by appointment” means you may request mobile, urgent, evening, weekend, or holiday service at any time. It does not mean our office is staffed around the clock. After-hours services must be scheduled in advance, are subject to collector availability, and may include an additional $55 fee. Our Valdosta office welcomes walk-ins during posted hours when capacity permits; appointments are recommended. Because the building is secured, call 850-253-7620 when you arrive.
Do you provide onsite services for businesses?
Yes. We provide onsite workplace services, including DOT and non-DOT collections for pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing. Other approved onsite services may include I-9 verification and FD-258 ink fingerprinting. Mobile service can reduce employee downtime and is scheduled based on location, site suitability, participant count, and collector availability. Employer pricing is available by request.
How long does an appointment take?
Most individual appointments take about 15–30 minutes. DNA appointments, multiple participants, additional paperwork, observed collections, or a required shy-bladder process may take longer. We will explain any special timing requirements when your service is confirmed.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We handle appointments, records, and results discreetly and release information only as authorized or as required by applicable law, laboratory rules, employer or agency requirements, and chain-of-custody procedures.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods. No cash. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve certain appointments and is applied toward the total. Any remaining balance is due before collection begins. Mobile, after-hours, cancellation/no-show, or other service-specific fees may apply.
