Identity Verification Policy

To protect the integrity of every collection and verification, all clients are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of service.

For security and compliance purposes:

  • IDs must be current and unexpired.
  • The name on the identification must match the appointment information.
  • Photocopies, screenshots, and digital images of identification are not accepted unless specifically permitted for the service being performed.
  • Failure to provide acceptable identification may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

Appointment Policies

  • A deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
  • Mobile dispatch fees apply to ALL on-site appointments.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
  • No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Same-day and after-hours appointments are subject to availability.
  • Payment of any remaining balance is due at the time of service.
