The golden rule: identity verification
To ensure full compliance with DOT, USCIS, and AABB standards, Elite BioVerify Solutions requires physical inspection of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for all collections and verifications. We cannot accept photocopies or digital images of IDs. This strict policy safeguards the legal integrity and accuracy of your results. No valid ID, no service.
Transparent pricing & pass-through fees
We believe in knowing your total cost upfront. Our listed prices, such as $55 for a Standard Background Check, cover our professional labor and reporting. Please note that mandatory state repository fees, like the $30 Georgia GCIC fee, are "pass-through" fees that will be clearly itemized and added to your total. You will always know the full cost before service initiation.
Results, refunds, and rescheduling
As we provide professional clinical and investigative labor, all fees are non-refundable once the service is initiated. We do not offer refunds for "Inconclusive" DNA results or "Diluted" drug screens, as these are biological outcomes; a re-test fee may apply. "Life happens!" We offer free changes up to 2 hours before your slot via your confirmation link. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) mean the $75.00 Dispatch Fee is non-refundable. No-shows (more than 15 minutes late) result in appointment cancellation. If Elite BioVerify must cancel due to safety or equipment failure, you will receive a 100% refund or priority reschedule with the dispatch fee waived.

We are fully HIPAA certified, ensuring all medical and DNA data are handled under strict federal privacy guidelines. Our background screening processes strictly follow FCRA regulations, accessing your personal history only for authorized purposes and reporting accurately. We utilize a paperless workflow, capturing sensitive documents directly into our 256-bit encrypted portal. Our mobile tablets and scanners are encrypted and protected by multi-factor authentication; we never store donor photos or ID images on unencrypted local drives. Sensitive lab results or background reports are delivered via a secure, time-sensitive link to our protected portal, never through unencrypted email.
